Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Posch, Arnulfstr. 57, 83026 Rosenheim, E-Mail: info@matchpointsociety.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

2. Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 10 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Non-refundable:
- the original shipping costs (outbound shipping)

- additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us

3. Return shipping costs
The buyer bears the costs for returning the goods.

4. Return process

The goods must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received.

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
