General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop matchpointsociety.com, operated by Christian Posch, Arnulfstr. 57, 83026 Rosenheim (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with Christian Posch (sole proprietorship), trading under the name matchpointsociety.com.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order.
The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the order by sending a confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment terms
All prices quoted are final prices in accordance with Β§ 1 para. 1 no. 1 UStG and include statutory VAT.
The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.
Payment options include: Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, Klarna.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery within Germany and internationally is handled by DHL. Shipping costs range from €3.95 to €9.95, depending on the delivery country.
The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from receipt of order.
The supplier is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
This excludes personalized or custom-made products manufactured according to customer specifications.

7. Returns
Returns should be sent to the address Arnulfstr. 57, 83026 Rosenheim.
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item via the original payment method. The original shipping costs (outbound shipping) are non-refundable.
The goods must be in unused condition.
