2. Collection and processing of personal data

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it as part of your order, when contacting us, or when opening a customer account.

Data processing is carried out for contract fulfillment and to process your inquiries.

3. Data transfer

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, personal data will be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for order and shipping processing.

This includes in particular:
- MarketPrint (MarketConsultive GmbH) as production partner
- DHL as shipping provider
- Payment service providers (PayPal, Klarna, credit card providers)
- Shopify (shop hosting)

4. Use of analytics and marketing tools

We use the following tools on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (for audience measurement)
- Meta Pixel (for measuring the success of advertisements)
These services may use cookies and transfer data to the USA.
Data processing agreements (DPAs) exist with the providers.

5. Storage duration

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the execution of the contract or due to legal retention obligations.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your data.

7. Hosting

The shop is operated via Shopify Inc. (151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada).
We have a data processing agreement with Shopify in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses.
