1. Delivery time – How long does shipping take?
Our products typically arrive within 2-3 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
2. Size advice – How do the sizes run?
Our products are generally cut a bit wider, offering a comfortable, sporty fit. You can find a detailed size chart directly on each product page to help you find your ideal size.
3. Returns – How does a return process work?
Simply send a message to our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. You will then receive further information via email.
4. Production defects – What to do if an item is defective?
This shouldn't happen, of course – but if it does: Please contact our support team immediately and ideally send us a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Place of manufacture – Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Turkey and then finished in Bavaria. This allows us to combine fair production, high quality, and regional finishing.
